Elvira graduated with a master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) and has been working as a massage therapist for almost 10 years. During this period, she realised that massage was limited for certain ailments, and this motivated her to study osteopathy to further her knowledge and be able to help a wider range of conditions.

She is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath and a therapeutic massage practitioner with a strong commitment to improving the overall well-being of her patients. With a background in manual therapy for several years, she enhanced her skills in osteopathy to provide the highest quality care.

She is passionate about helping patients move through their discomfort and has always enjoyed bodywork, yoga, movement, and martial arts; she currently trains in Aikido and Brazilian Jiujitsu. During these practices she has sustained various injuries which she has dealt with and cared for with osteopathy with great results; hence her keen interest in sports-specific injuries too.
