    Class includes physical postures that combine precision, creativity and alignment to cultivate a healthy body and mind. Focus is placed on aligning the body to release stress and pressure from the joints including the spine, helping you to deepen your body awareness and cultivate healthy body usage for the long term. Classes also include breath work, relaxation and an introduction to meditation to help you to tune inward, rest more deeply and bring about a sense of peace.

    These classes will move through a variety of classic yoga postures, encouraging a personal ‘felt sense’ of how the body experiences each position. Focusing on principles of Scaravelli Inspired yoga including relationship to gravity, breath and the motion of the spine.

    All classes will contain preparatory movements, breath awareness, yoga postures and supine relaxation.'
