When Sabine first encountered the Feldenkrais Method her curiosity was awakened. How could such little movement have such big impact and make one feel so different? At the time she was studying for her Masters in Sports and Economics (Sportoekonomie) in Germany with an additional qualification in Health and Fitness. The Masters course introduced her to various “body and mind” therapies, which improved her own wellbeing and stimulated her interested in how we might improve our own health, rather than to rely on classical medicine only.
Sabine qualified as a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2005 from the Chiemsee (Germany) professional training program (2001 – 2005), and has been running Awareness Through Movement ® classes ever since.
Sabine is a member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK and she has attended many advanced trainings to further her knowledge and skills in the Feldenkrais Method®.
In 2016 she also qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist and is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK.
