Strong remedial massage – By using deeper pressure to help relax the whole muscular system and stimulate nerves and correct blood circulation. Specially mixed oils with herbs are used for all massages. As well as breaking down knots and muscle stiffness, a massage will also ‘clear your meridians’ (channels of energy according to many ancient forms of medicine), stimulate your lymphatic drainage system (a network of tissues and organs that rid the body of toxins and waste), detoxify the body and generally promote healing.
