Marianna came initially to yoga to manage stress and balance a busy career in Neuroscience. Her practice took her on a journey through learning how to surrender to the limits of the body and embrace life with an open heart. She discovered the transformative power of yoga and found her true nature in this discipline.
Marianna completed a fully accredited 200-hour teacher training at Triyoga studio in London with Bridget Woods Kramer, internationally renowned yoga teacher and Anusara’s UK representative. She also discovered vinyasa flow yoga through Laura Gate-Eastley and Jessica Puglie. Marianna is grateful to her teachers for helping her to develop her full potential and she continues to broaden her knowledge as well as assisting Laura Gate-Eastley during workshops/retreats.
Marianna teaches a mindful vinyasa flow that guides students to feel empowered in their bodies while gaining strength and flexibility. Her classes are focused on the harmonization of the movement of the body with the breath. Marianna’s love for yoga reflects on her teachings and her warm and positive nature creates a safe environment in which students can explore their practice and unwind from their busy lives.
