I am a relational Psychotherapist and counsellor working both short-and long-term.
I offer a safe space and believe in forming a therapeutic alliance with my clients, where empathy and positive regard are essential for growth. I work both a directive and non-directively, and tailor my therapeutic approach to suit my client’s needs.
I believe each individual has within them the capacity and tendency to move towards growth and their desired goals, I accompany my clients on their journey towards self-discovery and growth.
I consider it a deep privilege to help each and every one of my clients.
Training, Qualifications and experience
I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and gained experience with a wide range of human issues which reflect life’s challenges and difficulties some of these issues include Depression, Anxiety disorders (including social anxiety) Traumatic experiences including childhood trauma, relationship challenges, sexual abuse, bereavement, long-term illnesses and loss and grief.
I have also worked with an Employment assistance programme, where I provide client centred therapy to employees who are seeking help in managing their work and personal life balance.
I have also worked in an IAPT setting where I provide client centred face to face therapy both individual and group.
Therapies I offer include:
humanistic, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Brief solution focused therapy, and Impact therapy.
I hold a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP and work within with in their code of ethics.

Level 2 certificate in counselling skills (QFC), CPCAB
Level 3 certificate in counselling skills (QFC), CPCAB
Bsc (honors) Degree in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management
