My work
I incorporate a variety of talking therapies into my work, drawing on my experience in
supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including bereavement,
trauma and abuse, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and anxiety and
depression.
My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard
and understood.
To start, I offer a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation. This gives us an
opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we’d be a good fit to
work together. Should we decide to proceed, we’ll meet for 50-minute sessions. The
therapy is open-ended; some people attend only a few weeks, others will stay for
years. There is no right or wrong and we will always prioritise what feels right for you.
Above all, my hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can grow, heal, and
experience meaningful change in your life.
My training
I’m currently a trainee psychotherapist.
I hold a doctorate degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters in Public Health,
and I have a particular interest in chronic disease and mental health.
My fee is £50. Please enquire for concessions (online only).
